1. Who are you?

I'm Ilario Fazz, though most people know me as Mr. Wedding. I'm an international wedding host, emcee, and storyteller who has built a career around creating unforgettable celebrations and bringing people together, one event at a time.

2. What do you do for a living?

I host weddings and events around the world. On paper, I'm an emcee and event host. In reality, I'm part conductor, part producer, part therapist, and part ringmaster. My job is to make people feel something.

Timeless, cinematic, and effortlessly sophisticated. Mr. Wedding is inspired by old-world Italian hospitality, black-tie elegance, and the belief that every celebration deserves a sense of occasion. 4. What is the most important thing you've learned in your career so far?

People rarely remember every word you say, but they never forget how you made them feel. Whether it's a wedding or a corporate event, emotion is everything.

5. Who are your style icons?

Italian actors from the golden era of cinema, especially Marcello Mastroianni and Gianni Agnelli. They understood that elegance lies in simplicity and confidence.

6. How many languages do you speak?

Two fluently, English and Italian. But after years of hosting multicultural celebrations, I've learned that the language of emotion and human connection is universal.

7. What do you drive?

Whatever gets me to the next celebration. I've learned that experiences are worth more than possessions, and I'd rather invest in a plane ticket than a garage full of cars.

8. What is your go-to order at the bar?

A Negroni. Italian, balanced, and timeless. Much like the celebrations I love to create.

9. What is your personal motto?

Anything for love.

10. What are you doing tomorrow?

Preparing for the next event, catching a flight somewhere in the world, or sitting with a couple hearing their story for the very first time. No two days are ever the same, and that's exactly how I like it.

Medium rare. Some things in life don't need reinventing.

13. Who is the most inspirational person you know?

My mother. She has an incredible ability to make people feel welcome, cared for, and important. Growing up, I watched her bring family and friends together around a table, creating moments that people still talk about today. I think that's where my love for hosting and celebrating people truly began.
